As a Biochemist, Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercises Specialist and Senior Fitness Specialist, I know that our bodies are designed to move. When we employ strength, cardio and flexibility training, we work with our bodies to live our best life. No matter your age or level of fitness, every step you take is a step forward.
